Made some kung pao cream pasta for Ian tonight for dinner. Wasn't spicy enough for this almost 7 year old. He tried the Serrano but preferred the jalapeño sauce from @yellowbirdsauce . He tried the habanero also, but I think he hit his limit.

Our neighbor here in the mall is BBVA Compass Bank. They are very nice and will be holding a customer appreciation day on Oct.1st. We will be putting out samples for tasting and have some coffee and tea available. I might even bring my ukulele. For a little money, I'll even stop playing.

Made with @moderntimesbeer Blackhouse Coffee Stout, @equalexchange semi-sweet chocolate, and all the Mole spices and more. This chickpea dish is deep, rich and delicious. We finish it with wilted baby kale and spinach and serve over organic sprouted brown rice.
